Pro Door & Dock Systems based in Mississauga, ON is seeking to fill the role of Service Technician in the Barrie, Ontario.
Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Barrie, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist field technicians with the repair and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment
- Accurately complete work orders, inspection forms, and capture site photos for documentation
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure readiness and compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe and professional work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site
- Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks in accordance with CVOR compliance standard
What we're looking for:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools
- Comfortable working independently and at heights
- A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Experience with loading docks and commercial overhead doors is an asset
- Previous experience in the automotive, construction, or skilled trades industries is an asset
