About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join the Door Doctor team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting panels and springs to specification, organizing inventory, and staging intercompany purchase orders (POs) for timely delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work safely with tools and warehouse equipment..

Key Responsibilities:

  •    Material Preparation
    o    Cut panels, springs, and other materials to required dimensions.
    o    Installing windows into door sections.
    o    Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely.
  • Inventory Management
    o    Receive, organize, and label incoming stock.
    o    Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
    o    Ensure warehouse areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Order Staging & Logistics
    o    Pull and stage intercompany POs for delivery and milk runs.
    o    Prepare orders for technicians and other Sentinel locations as required.
    o    Verify accuracy of staged materials against POs.
  • General Support
    o    Assist in loading/unloading deliveries.
    o    Support warehouse efficiency projects and process improvements.
    o    Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements.
  • Comfortable using cutting tools, hand tools, and power equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift license.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable commute to Brampton, ON.
